If for any reason it’s not exactly what you hoped for, we’ve got you — our exchange policy is here to help make things right, effortlessly.
How to Exchange
To exchange a product, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, with tags intact. You may choose to ship the item in a mailer instead of a cardboard box if preferred.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns, but we do provide seamless exchanges.
Exchange Process & Conditions
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and process the exchange accordingly. The item can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value. If your desired product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months from the issuance date.
Important Notes:

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Sale items and international orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credits.

We do not have a physical store for walk-ins or product trials.

A return shipping and handling fee of ₹150 will be borne by the customer and deducted from the final value of the exchange or credit note.
Pickup & Shipping
Orangellow will arrange a pickup, so customers do not need to ship the product themselves. Please ensure the item is securely packed and ready for collection at the scheduled time.

Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product was purchased within the last 7 days.

It retains the original tags and receipt.

The item is unused and undamaged.

It has not been previously exchanged.

It was not purchased during a sale or promotional event.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized products, including special sizes, colors, or lengths.
Defective Items
All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
